I had an awful customer service experience here earlier this evening. I ran in after work to pick up a gift bag and a card for my sisters birthday, and there were a few customers in the store. I immediately recognized the store manager who has grayish white hair standing behind the counter with an employee. Both were deep in conversation and never greeted any customers. After about ten mins in the store, I found what I needed. At this point I still hadn't been spoken to. I get to the register and patiently wait for them to finish their conversation, very awkward considering I was being ignored and felt like I was interrupting. The most annoying part is when the cashier tried to upsell me on some other small things as I was checking out, but didn't have the decency to even greet me. Won't be coming back here, great example of how not to handle customer service.
