When my father was diagnosed with dementia I sought the advice of Evan Farr to manage a meager estate and help transition my father to a facility for continued care, as well as handle all the paperwork to get my father approved for Medicaid. While the costs for services were extremely high, I think you get what you pay for. I was provided with DAILY assistance for over a YEAR while the ongoing problems with my father spiraled, and his disease continued to deteriorate his condition. The staff here was amazing.

beware !!  exorbitant and ridiculous fees for some simple legal issues !!  wouldn't recommend taking a dog to this place for any service or representation !!

Mr. Farr helped us with preparing a will and an estate trust. He's VERY knowledgable about elder law and he has assisted us in every step of this difficult and tedious process. I highly recommend his estate planning services.
