        I went to this location for a scheduled appointment for a vaccination. The appointment was for 10:00 am. The pharmacy was closed even the the sign notes the hour beginning at 9:00 am. I waited until 10:20 am. Since the pharmacy is located inside of Target, I asked to speak with a manager. She wasnt surprised and states she keeps bombarding the area manager about this problem. The pharmacy frequently opens late.
