Good alternative for Wal-Mart and other large stores. Good for seasonal items. Of course, they carry allot of furniture now. If you take your time and look around, there are some bargains to be had.

I used to enjoy shopping at Big Lots when they had unique finds and good prices. Now it just seems like a lot cheap junk. Staff at this location are super helpful though!

I placed an order online to pick up in store, the worst thing I've ever had is terrible customer service. They canceled one of the articles. I ordered a pack of , 18 Mega Rolls Premiun 2-Ply Bathroom Tissue Paper, and I picked up 12 Mega Rolls when I realized it was already late and the store had already closed, so which I called the next day. The manager who attended told me to go pick up the correct one and that because of the inconvenience I could keep the one I already had, but since we were going to pick it up at night, the lady who was the night manager at the store spoke She very offensively and treat us like idiots and didn't know what I was talking about because, according to her, she didn't know which manager she had spoken to on the phone before, so she didn't want to give the correct item and didn't seem willing to help either. She told me to leave and that if wanted me to come back the next day I would not return to this place would not recommend it.
