I usually don't write reviews for gas stations but this sheetz is worth it. The staff making food do an amazing job and are well trained with wearing gloves and avoiding cross contamination.

This Fredericksburg Sheetz on Carl D. Silver Parkway is probably the worst Sheetz Ive ever stopped at! Bathrooms werent open at 5 a.m. There was a lady who refused to let me in and started complaining. She told me they wouldn't be open for another 45 minutes, and I should have used the restroom before leaving home. She snarkily added, "It's common sense to use the restroom before you leave your house; you do have common sense, right, or are you one of those?" I just ignored her question about whether I was "one of those," not sure what she meant. I am glad they're cleaning them, and I know it's early in the morning, but I should have been able to use the restroom. She didnt have to be rude to me and complain.
