The manager an older African American lady was working at night was absolutely rude. I came in to buy lighters and she refused to sell to me after I showed her my id; she proceeded to yell and say get out of my store . Completely unacceptable, this is my local 711 unfortunately but I will be driving to another one just to avoid being yelled at and the horrible customer service .

While I appreciate the variation of the items in the store and the overall appearance, its incredibly difficult to get in and out of as someone who lives on the Chancellor side of the store and it doesn't accept tap to pay 99% of the time despite almost all other 7/11s in the area doing so. I recognize it's not the employees fault. Frankly, they're some of the nicest workers in the area; however it makes it really frustrating and inconvenient when it should be the most convenient option nearby.

My only complaint is it seems I can only get into the parking lot on one out of the 3 roads or directions that lead to you, otherwise gotta ride up Harrison and wip a uey lol idk if I blame you or the state for that also not really a complaint but Google doesn't have your number listed, what's listed it's an 800 help line for 711 lol
