D & B Construction

D & B Construction renovated our basement, constructed a utility shed, and built an attached sunroom at our residence. We also had a 2-bedroom and bath addition built at rental property including renovation of an existing bath and kitchen and installation of siding and replacement windows. This work was completed at different times over a period of 25 years. Each time, the estimates were very reasonable, and the work was completed satisfactorily. Mr. Hash was very helpful in making suggestions, answering questions, and seeing that the work was done properly. We would highly recommend D & B Construction.

We recently had our master bathroom completely renovated, from top to bottom. The agreed on price was reasonable. We were given a start and end date which was met. Bob's workmen were professional and courteous. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend D&B Construction and will use their services in the future for any other construction needs.

My father used this company  to redo our roof. When I called them less than two years later to have them come look at a mold problem that we had developed  due to the roof, the guy said he'd call me back to set up a time to look. NO CALL BACK!!!!!! I will never use this company again. Nor will I refer them to anybody.

Exercise extreme caution if you contract with them. They keep the contract deceptively vague and tend to add charges you may have thought were in the original agreement!. They don't seem to want to talk with you after they have finished so don't pay the last 15% or so until all work is completed! Most of the actual construction was good, but pricey.

D and B Construction built an attached garage for me a couple years ago.  Their price was reasonable, their workmen professional, and their quality was great.  I am very pleased, and recommended them to my neighbor who had a major addition done by D and B.  They have been happy with them, too.
