The owner is basically a puppet master, very favoritism oriented environment. Also he has questionable relations with one of the foreman. You can expect to work 70+ hours a week with no appreciation. Shifts are usually 12 hours but can switch to 20+ at moments notice.the field workers work 6-7 days a week 60-80 hours some even work 90-100. The office only works 7-3 m-f. They overwork there employees an expect a thanks in return, have employees drive large vehicles even after 12 hour shifts. Lays off for winter an rain. Theres no set off time. Certain people are held to different standards then others creating a not what you know but who you know an are you willing to go under the desk for environment. All in all pay can be decent if you put in the hours an your payed weekly, everything else is what makes this job terrible. As you can see this leads to a lot of mistakes made.
