We had a software problem that ended up being more complicated than just a reload/reboot. Celso was very patient and explained what was happening at each point of the process. Great team, great customer service.

Infinity Technologies and Ryan get a 5 Star review. Ryan is awesome. He is very professional, proficient, helpful, kind and reassuring. He works until the problem is resolved. He respects the individual's time that it is taking to resolve computer issues. He is fun to work with in a very professional manner. I was so overwhelmed this morning and his calm and reassuring demeanor made my morning so much better. I had so many things on my plate this morning and he allowed me to continue working while solving my computer problem. He genuinely cared about the issue and how it impacted my productivity.
