Chris was working the front desk when I arrived for my test. He was kind, efficient, and helpful. I got started right away and after the test. It was a great testing environment for a Friday. It was very quiet. Great experience!

I am a semi-retired twenty-year CCIE, and I have been teaching at MDTech since 2016. I enjoy teaching the most important lessons of cybersecurity so that students have a better chance of passing their test and avoiding attacks at work and at home. I believe that understanding the nature of cyber attacks also helps improve compliance with security rules.

Just like a previous comment, the front office guy was super rude. Very unprofessional. I told him that the location was super difficult to find. He proceeded to ask me if I used directions?? I told him the google address took me to a private road and he said it was close enough and that I still found it. I was almost late to my appointment because the directions on google are super deceiving. There are quite a few miss spellings on my I-9 forms also. Also, he rudely asked me to put my phone away. There was no sign or poster saying that phones were not allowed in the office. He told me there was testing when in fact the office was empty. I would not recommend this place.
