We had Tyler and Reed come out to our business and price out a solution to provide Internet access to one of our buildings, wire another building with Internet capabilities, and install seven TVs with network connectivity. There was a minor issue with some of the equipment being damaged during shipping, but Tyler immediately responded and had replacements for me almost immediately, no questions asked.
Not only were they very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, they were very comfortable with explaining to me and recommending different solutions on how to best tackle my unique situation. Even when we, as the customer, were admittedly a bit difficult with deciding on final placement for some of the equipment, both Tyler and Reed remained patient with me and worked with me to find a compromise that worked for us aesthetically, without any reduction in quality.
I will definitely be reaching out to Reveille Systems, Inc. in the future for our IT vendor needs, and I trust that Tyler and Reed will continue to take care of me as they did with this project. I can confidently recommend them to anyone who is looking for an IT solution, as they will work with you to find the correct solution for your situation, and ensure that everything works and functions as intended.
