Came in here to shop They don't acknowledge or greet customers System was downCash only at the timeStore was messy and unorganized I asked for a sales associate for a assistance but ignored me I usually love shopping here, always gives me a problem when I use my military discount for clothes

Took clothes back had the receipt wouldn't take back because the tag wasn't there everything there manager wasnt very professional was mad because they sent email to make sure store was cleaned

I am a VERY loyal customer to Children's Place and I was rather appalled by the service I received today (or lack thereof). I went to buy my son some new jeans, and the associate at the cash wrap never looked up or even acknowledged my son and I walking in. I even looked at her for some type of nod or polite smile...nothing... I continued to the toddler's denim section in the far back corner where another associate stood arranging garments on a clothes rack. She did not greet us either, it was like we were invisible!! Or maybe it was the color of our skin that caused us to be so disregarded. As I got my toddler to stand still, he spoke to the young woman AND WAS IGNORED! I proceeded to look for the slim straight leg fit then I stopped...why would I spend my money in a store that has not even made us feel welcome!? I turned around and said aloud, "Never mind, let's go! I will not spend my money in a place that hires associates that do not acknowledge me as a patron!" No one said a thing...after continuing to shop in the mall, heading back to the side of the mall where I parked, I walked back past the store. I saw a middle aged Caucasian woman walking in, I purposefully slowed my stride to see if they'd greet her...AND THEY DID. Very cheerfully and exclamatory, might I add. So I cannot help, but to believe that this was a racial bias towards my son and I from your associates (who happened to be Caucasian as well). It hurts that in 2018 I feel unwelcomed somewhere just because of my skin color...very, very disappointing and equally disturbing...
