We were having a problem with our phones, and I think the gentleman who helped us was named Oliver or Oscar? Anyway, he was GREAT!! He showed us exactly how to handle the problem ourselves if it is ever a problem in the future, and we were in and out in about 5 minutes! He also replaced the defective SIM card in our son's phone during that time, at no cost to us.

Had to get a new line added to my plan. I was checked in quick and helped within minutes. The staff were attentive and friendly. I have been so well taken care of by Verizon.

You cannot drop off equipment at this location, even though Google states you can. Please dont waste your time. 1953 Daniel Stuart Square, Woodbridge, VA to drop off equipment in this area.
