I have always loved going into this branch! With the brightest smiles, Grace; Stacy; Sherri and Paola are so welcoming and nice. They are always there to help you and solve any problems. Whether I go to the branch or give them a call, they make sure any concerns I may be having are promptly taken care of.

While I understand that banks are moving towards a "relationship" based client approach, this bank does it and does it well. I have yet to meet a staff member that isn't happy in their job. They remember me and ask about my dog. They've made banking easy for my business. For a big bank, they sure have a hometown feel. Thanks, everyone!

First Citizens Bank in Fredericksburg, VA has been a true blessing to our family for almost 17 years, ever since moving to this area. The bank staff have become a 2nd family to us and they always act in our best interest. Anytime we have questions, concerns, needs or interest in new services, they are always more than happy to take care of us in the most complete and competent way appropriate for our family specifically. I cannot imagine using another bank going forward. I also joyfully learned my brother when moving to a new city in FL this past year, has also opened multiple accounts with FC in West Palm Beach upon my recommendation. They could not be happier either. To conclude, FC of Fred., VA is a most trustworthy, respectable and customer-friendly bank. Our family plans to continue this friendship for many years to come.
