        James at the fall hill branch is very friendly and efficient.

        The wait time here is insane. I sat and waited over an hour just to get a replacement debit card because they said it would be faster if I came in person. No one even acknowledged me or let me know it would just be a few more minutes. I wouldnt come back to this branch personally

        Customer service in person at branches continues to decline. Small business owners should look elsewhere. We have had our account with them for over 14 years. Fees increase, interest rates are way below what you can find at other places and service gets worse. We have kept an account open with Atlantic Union out of misplaced loyalty. It is a bad basic business decision to bank with Atlantic Union. Better options are easily found. I shared my frustrations with a long time bank employee and they agreed with me! They have the mentality they we should pay them for the honor of holding our money. Sad, but now it is easy to see why the small banking industry is in the shape it is.
