I apologize for the lengthy review but, this review is one of the most pleasurable I have ever written. Since working with the TEAM at Atlas Virtual Media (AVM), our business presence in the community has become well known. When new customer come in, we always ask how they heard about us, more times than not it has been through one of the AVM billboards at other locations and word of mouth. When the AVM TEAM came to me with the presentation showing how billboard ads would increase our visibility I was not completely sold. I was however looking for something different to help generate more talk and awareness of our shop since we like many others were struggling through the COVID pandemic. I can honestly say now that my initial doubts were overcome within a short time of the billboard ads becoming live at other local locations. We also hear customers sitting in shop talking about other advertisement that come across the screen. Some customers even sit there waiting for the ad to come around again to make sure they got the information correct. Looking to the future and hopeful expansion, I will have one of the AVM billboards at each of our new locations. I don't want to forget the continued customer care I received from the TEAM at AVM. With the knowledge they brought with them, they were able to guide me through the process of bringing our ideas of how we wanted to be represented to the billboard ads. As a client, I never feel as if I can't contact the TEAM when I need to make a change or just have a question or idea about future updates. For any business interested in partnering with AVM, I highly recommend them.
