Hello everyone, Been shopping at this store for years! since 2018, I've always enjoyed the products they have on hand, regardless if the prices were a little high...However! Do not buy anything from Roanoke and expect the OWNER to bring it in, I paid 130 bucks for Chrono Trigger DS, was told by the "boss" that he will bring it in next day, (Tuesday) next day came, nothing, told come by around 1, I was out of town so I told them that's fine, I'll drop by Friday to get it, Friday comes when I'm on the way back home, still not there...And doesnt know WHEN! that's crazy ! So I wanted my money back...They would NOT give me my money back, regardless of not having the game yet! Contacted BBB about this issue this week, illegal as that is come to find out. They only offered me store credit, and for Vagrant Story wouldn't drop the price to 130 from 150 to make up for the poor customer service. Waiting back from BBB now and I will not be going back there again. So Watch out when you buy something, especially if they claim they'll "Bring it by". No excuse for their poor behavior, even their own employees were appalled by their boss.
