Theyve taken care of my familys vehicles for going on 17 years. Tires, brakes, inspections, routine stuff, emergencies, great at analyzing great leadership, great staff. They have some really helpful extended maintenance deals like regular rotation, balance, and alignment! Its especially helpful for AWD. Weve even gotten to help out with family stuff. I trust them with just about everything.

My recent visit to Goodyear had its ups and downs. While the folks there were friendly and service was quick, I'm a bit disappointed about what seems like a mix-up in diagnosing my car. After getting a second opinion from another mechanic, it turns out the issue Goodyear pointed out wasn't actually there. It leaves me questioning the accuracy of their assessments. It would be great if they could be more transparent and get the diagnostics spot-on. Hopefully, Goodyear takes a look at this and works on improving their accuracy, so customers like me can trust the info we're getting about our vehicles.
