This is our second time using Bianca for a mortgage. Her and her team(Brandi!) were amazing to work with. Bianca was more than willing to answer all the questions I had and helped fight for us to keep our rate lock. The whole process from start to finish was extremely smooth and easy.

Bianca and the Bank of the James Mortgage Team have helped me a number of times over the years. Bianca takes the time to communicate so well, staying in touch throughout the entire process, and always does everything she can to make sure everything goes through as easy and quickly as possible. Perhaps most important is having the confidence to know that she is always there when a question comes up, really establishing the personal relationship as opposed to making me feel like just another number.
