The dentist just left town no reason given why and I was unable to talk to anybody at the office! Office closed on January 31, 2021!

Dr. Dale Evans has been my dentist for several years. He is very competent and careful. His cheerful approach helps to ease my inherent fear of dentistry. And his office has the very latest dental diagnostic and treatment equipment. If you go by his office on Forest Avenue, you can see that Dr. Evans has a busy practice.

Dr. Evans is a nice guy, talks a lot, makes you feel comfortable but his dental work was subpar. I went in to for a cleaning and was told I needed a cavity filled. Two months later the same tooth was hurting and I learned I needed a root canal on the same tooth I just paid to have a cavity filled. One year later I am at another dentist who told me the root canal was not properly filled and now I have to have the same tooth retreated with another root canal, putting me back at square one.

I have had several fillings and a root canal done there. The laser work makes it seem a lot less traumatic. These are all at least 5 years old now and no problems.
