Forest Smiles, along with Doctor Emma Schmidt and staff, did a great job repairing my smile recently when they reconstructed a front tooth of mine. I was expecting a preliminary appointment to result in several more visits before the repair was completed but was pleasantly surprised when Doctor Schmidt decided to take care of the tooth at the first appointment. As a new patient of the practice, I am very pleased with the level of service provided and recommend Forest Smiles to anyone looking for great dental care.

Dr Claiborne is a constant professional. When you enter his office his staff is friendly and puts you at ease. I had to have dental implants and was very afraid. But every step was painless. He was kind and patient with me. I cannot recommend Dr Claiborne enough.

I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness before. I was seen for having pain and was treated as if my problem was not their concern. The doctor barely performed an exam on me and refused to take x-rays. I believe I spoke with the doctor for less than five minutes and was already sent on my way. The entire staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor were very rude to me. I was treated as if I was some young dumb girl who was just an inconvenience to them. I am a physician myself, and I cannot imagine treating my own patients this way. When I had to call to follow up the person I spoke with was very rude and had an intense attitude for truthfully, no reason. But it was clear that she just did not want to deal with me. I have been to many different dentists in my life due to moving several times, and this is by far the worst I have ever been to. I originally chose to go there due to the high rated reviews. I will now be driving an hour out of my way just to find quality care. I highly do not recommend you come here if you have any major concerns.

As a first-time patient I was scheduled quickly which was a plus but I question the billing. Received a large bill after this visit for reasons that left me scratching my head. Also, my insurance has always covered my treatments for many years. Had to call three times to get someone to answer my questions since my voicemails were not returned. I was hoping this was going to be new dentist office.
