I needed car Repairwork and my warranty with DKP came into play. Upon calling the company, the first representative I spoke to was, "George." He was upfront about my coverage and that I could take my vehicle to any repair shop I choose. The experience I had with Checkerd Flag has changed my mind about taking my car to dealerships. "George, Mel and Kermit are all trained in car repair work on both ends, - the repair side and the business side. I felt as if I had been knowing these men all my life. When you call, they will update you on the Service, Parts and Estimate. They will also advise you of any amount you may personally owe. Their system keeps you worry-free. I respect this company, and I appreciate the care and knowledge this team shows its customers. Excellent customer service always goes a long way, and this team rates (#1) in my book. Thanks! They truly do not care to do their jobs. The most useful person there is the one emailing the cancellation form. I wish I could give 0 stars. Theyll make stuff up just so they dont have to pay for anything.
