Outdated can you buy something at one store you have to return it at that store you can't return it at other stores have to drive 30 minutes or 40 minutes back to the other store where I bought something from because it failed to work

This was my first visit to a Tractor Supply store. I went there to pick up my dog's favorite food and they are the only local store around that carries the brand he eats. The store is conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. I appreciated that the salesperson greeted me as I came through the door ... that's a rare thing in many of the stores around here. Prices are very competitive, too!
