        Dont take a sick dog to Banfield- they put mine in a crate for five hours then called me and told me to take him somewhere else.

        Our Max is 16 years old and weve been coming to this Banfield his whole life. The level of service here has severely deteriorated over the years. Honestly, wed go somewhere (anywhere) else but we just need to get medication refills to maintain him healthy. SIMPLE TASKS TAKE FOREVER and phones are never answered. If we could rate ZERO STARS we would. Corporate office really should audit this location and Banfield should take the time to respond to its loyal customers instead of posting AI GENERATED FIVE STAR posts to increase its overall ranking.

        What can I say? I am extremely grateful for the service that has been applied to my pet, every person that Ive dealt with has been amazing to me and our family and our pet. Im very grateful for the care they have shown to my pet the knowledge they have, the ease of mind that they give to us every time we drop our dog (sugar) off what can I say theyre the best!!!
