        While it was easy to make an appointment, it isn't easy to cancel. I made an appointment for a pre-op screening but since I am not an established patient, they need my medical records just to do it (not easy to do in one day) I sent a message requesting the appointment be cancelled but they ignored it. They still sent a reminder email so I called. However the person I reached didn't seem to understand the request. I don't know what he didn't understand but I don't have an hour to do something like this. I have a job and can't spend a lot of time trying to do something that could be done easily online.
