Condori Travel

I had to make changes to my flight before it was scheduled to leave and called the airline to make the changes. I was referred back to Condori which did not respond for over 24 hours. When I finally get a call back their response to missing my flight is that they cannot do anything since the airline is strict and that I should make up a story to the airline about why I missed my flight. No other alternatives were laid out, no booking another flight on a different plane, no partial refund, no credit etc. They don't have any website to list out whatever their policy is when it comes to this; I would stay away from an agency that can't publish it's method of conducting business.

During this pandemic I have had to spend my trip overseas. I purchased my ticket from this agency I requested that it be postponed and I was charged admin fees! now on top of that the air line has offered me a refund as the pandemic has gotten worse but the amount is 200 dollars less than what I purchased my ticket for. I contacted the travel agency and they essentially said oh well that's not our problem! This is seriously unacceptable I refuse to use this agency again and I am placing a complaint with the Airline so hopefully they no longer use this agency either. Its truly horrific to see how unprofessional these individuals are.
