My encounter with HB Tax & Professional Services, LLC was profoundly disappointing. Despite scheduling an appointment for tax filings, I was informed upon arrival that they couldn't accommodate me in person and would conduct the process online instead. Despite promptly submitting the required documents, they failed to fulfill their assurances. Despite numerous attempts to contact them over the ensuing days, I was eventually informed that they were unable to complete the filings. This resulted in frustration and wasted time on my part. Such a flagrant display of unprofessionalism is simply intolerable. Not only did they fail to uphold their commitments, but they also squandered three valuable days of my time. I strongly advise against utilizing HB Tax & Professional Services, LLC. My experience with them was profoundly disappointing, and I implore others to seek services elsewhere.

Excellent service, the patience and kindness with which they do the work, it took a couple of years with HB tax, 100% recommended, I wouldn't change them for anything
