Our family home had sustained major water damage. As we lived out of town, we needed a buyer for our home in Spring Valley that would help us with everything concerning the sale. Congressional Home Buyers understood our desire to preserve some of the architectural beauty of the facade of the house and have the remade home fit architecturally with the neighborhood we grew up in. They were understanding, efficient and easy to deal with. They kindly were able to donate furniture and household items we could not use to charity. They cleaned out the rest of the house for us which was a huge job. They gave us an excellent financial offer and even told us they would send us pictures of the newly risen house when it was completed. We recommend their team very highly.
