Our basement was not a pleasant site. Stonewood turned that around! New floors, boxed in an ugly pole, bathroom refresh, new paint, and updated sump/backup sump setup.

John was an incredible realtor to work with! As a first time homebuyer the whole process seemed overwhelming, but John made it as easy as possible with how knowledgable, kind, and responsive he was. It was also helpful to have John look at houses with us since he is a contractor. He was able to see potential problems/potential that we weren't able to which made all the difference. We will definitely work with him in the future.

The home buying process was extremely overwhelming to me before working with John and James. Their knowledge and confidence throughout the process eased my fears as a first time home buyer. With their help, we found a home we love. Not only did they help with the purchasing process, they saved the day by quickly helping us fix an unexpected plumbing problem shortly after we moved in. I cannot recommend them enough!

Stonewood is da bomb. (Yes, People who buy homes still say that.) Working with John and James was so chill. Theyre such a fluid team. Like, liquid. They basically bought my home for me. Not like ponying up the cash, they bank does that, but like doing all the hard parts of getting your offer accepted and negotiating like complete bosses. These guys are the illest.
