After 4 quotes from reputable vendors, I chose Chandlers to install 2 high efficiency HVAC systems in a rental I own. The sales process was low pressure but very responsive to my questions, including providing multiple quotes for different options i wanted to consider. Chandler's ended up coming in with one of the more compatative bids. The systems being replaced were antiquated and had a convoluted duct configuration in a tight space. The team Chandler's sent did a marvelous job, great communication, respectful, cleaned up after each day. They also helped facilitate applying for rebates via Washington gas. The systems were installed in December, when we experienced an issue with one of the hvacs at the beginning of the cooling season, Chandler's came out the next day and resolved the issue. Overall, a great experience with Chandler's, I would definitely recommend them for Hvac replacement/repair.

I just signed a service agreement for my HVAC system with Chandler's, based on my realtor's recommendation. The tech who came out, John H., was OUTSTANDING. So knowledgeable, so professional, so honest. While thoroughly inspecting our unit, he also rectified an exhaust issue outside and gave me a very good price for the repair. I also wanted to give a shout-out to Renee at the home office who helped me with a separate issue over the phone; she, too was UBER PROFESSIONAL, honest, and customer-friendly. I should have signed up with Chandler's years ago! So glad, though, I have finally done so now.

I just use Chandlers to help me out with two bathtub faucets that were dripping. One had been going on for a few months and it was just a little drip and when I had a different local Business out they quoted me over $2000 just for that single repair and told me that they were going to have to gut the whole thing. As a daughter of a plumber, whos not local to help me I found this crazy and opted to defer on dealing with until my dad could help me out with it. My kids bathroom faucet started tripping, but it was more like a stream so I had to intervene. Chandlers had great reviews on Nextdoor. Initially sent an email outside of business hours on a weekend and I received an almost immediate response from Kathy. They were able to be here within two days of me calling. They were transparent of their pricing. KNoy, the plumber, was timely, professional, kept me informed about what was happening and showed me what was going on an explained everything to me. He completed the jobs in a reasonable amount of time. He was able to fix BOTH faucets for less than a 1/4 of what I was quoted by the other local business. I will absolutely use them again if needed and cant recommend them enough.

Chandlers Plumbing & Heating is the #1 most honest plumbing companies I have ever encountered. Have been using them for almost 8 years and I trust them without question to give me an honest assessment and fair pricing for any issue I have. They are absolutely the best!

These folks came recommended from a semi-retired plumber I know and trust, and I am happy to say, I second his recommendation. I had them fix a leak in a rental property, and while there was a bit of a mix-up which required a second visit and a follow-up phone call, I have to say the customer service I received when I called the office to resolve the mix-up was stellar. Mix-ups happen. This one wasn't a big one. And their operations manager, Renee, handled the situation beautifully. I am thrilled to be able to keep them in my proverbial rolodex and pass along an unqualified recommendation.
