Excellent; the best. I highly recommend Falls Church Physical Therapy and Movement Health. Dr. Jennifer Halvaksz is a superb diagnostician and therapist. I recommended Jennifer to five other people with different physical issues, all of whom said the same thing. I suffered from severe arthritis in my hip that interfered with my bike riding and even walking and sleeping. The orthopedist recommended hip replacement, which I wanted to postpone. Through sessions with Dr. Halvaksz and following the exercises that she prescribed, I was able to put off hip replacement surgery for three years. Moreover, because of the exercises she had me doing, my recovery from replacement surgery went quickly; I was climbing stairs the same day, walking without support after about a week, riding a bike on a trainer in the house after three weeks, and riding outside in about 6 weeks. I now routinely commute to work on a bike (ten miles one way), go mountain biking in real mountains, and walk without issues. I still see Jennifer periodically for the occasional muscle or back problem (I am 61, so). Jennifer also has a terrific bedside manner, she carefully explains the causes of pain and how therapy can help, and, moreover, she knows how to make people feel better indeed, positive! about themselves. I trust Dr. Halvaksz implicitly; I know that she will make me feel better in both the short and long term. (Plus she is simply a terrific person.)

Jennifer Halvakscz is excellent. For the better part of a year, I had a series of recurring hamstring injuries. Resting, stretching, and strength training on my own weren't fixing the problem. In a relatively short time, Jennifer evaluated my movement patterns, diagnosed the problem, prescribed exercise progressions, and made it possible for me to return to the physical activities I love. I should have gone sooner!

UNBELIEVABLE! Through the thorough assessment and INCREDIBLE KNOWLEDGE Jennifer quickly resolved my son's knee injury from hockey which prevented him from weight bearing. She patiently taught and evaluated the correct exercises, worked on him and achieved PHENOMENAL results in RECORD time so he could attend his school ski trip and checked in while he was away. No stars can describe how amazing Jennifer is and personable too!

I was experiencing significant shoulder pain and as a result my left arm was slowly becoming less and less useful. Fortunately I was able to go see Jen, and the results have been amazing. She quickly diagnosed me and after the first treatment I felt significantly better. After a few visits my shoulder is now greatly improved have regained utility in my arm. The exercises she prescribes are simple, straightforward and effective. She's one of the most pleasant health care providers I've had the pleasure to work with.

I have been experiencing mild knee pain with squats and running. I couldn't figure out: was it my hip, my back, my knee, my foot? Would it get better? Is there anything I can do? Dr. Halvaksz taught me what was contributing to my pain and gave me specific exercises that I could do to help address the issue. Don't waste time guessing what could be wrong or trying a bunch of exercises that may or may not work. My visit with Falls Church PT saved me a lot of time and guess work! I feel empowered to get stronger and know that I can definitely improve my running! Thank you!
