        Convenient location, good attentive service for my lil one. booking was easy online or via app. all inclusive haircut package. compared to the ala carte pricing for hair, nails etc. Reasonable pricing. Nonetheless, great service. highly recommended

        I tried this location to compare with our usual groomers. Not good. The groomer (guy) said my dog had "a lot of mats", however, I know she had only one tangle on her belly. I've had my dog for 7 yrs and know what mats are and how they feel; on top of that, she's routinely groomed and does not get the chance to develop mats. She had them when we first adopted her. I know my dog had none that day and didn't bother arguing with him because I had too many time pressures and worries that day to expend energy on challenging him. As a business exec who has trained thousands of salespeople how to sell, I've seen it all and can sense when I'm being needlessly upcharged or upsold for an add-on. I know the sales tactic in the playbook of upcharging people because your law of averages will yield a large subset of customers who do not resist, question you, and say no. The outcome is a higher average sale and higher margins. The groomer did that (matted fur fee), and he cut my dogs fur way too short -- I see other reviews here mention their dog's fur being cut way too short. Again, I was under profound stress and didn't feel like arguing with anyone. This was my 1st time using petco for grooming, and I will never go back. And it makes me suspicious of other Petco grooming locations (needless upcharges). Again, I know my dog's fur wasn't matted. Believe me or not. But believe me, I'm not going back here. Be aware.
