Poorly managed location. Avoid at all costs. No sense of care for their customers.

We go to a Pearle Vision in Michigan. We were stuck having to extend our stay in Virginia due the passing of my grandmother. I clhad called this location asking for some assistance as my husband and I did not have any contacts left and needed 3 days worth to make it to the funeral day. We offered to pay for the trial samples but were in need of some contacts as soon as possible. We were told we would have to purchase contacts through them to be given any sample contacts. We stated we just purchased a years worth and I begged them to just see the situation we were in and allow us to purchase sample boxes which typically had 5 days worth in them. We were firmly told that we would have to spend money there on full packs to receive anything. Money is greater than any sort of human empathy at this location I suppose.

I had such an amazing experience Dr. Aaron Figler. He really cares and loves what he does. Very attentive, patience and caring. All the staff is amazing by the way. Good job.

Dr. Aaron Figler was one of the best eye doctors I've had in a very long time. He has great bed side manner and is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Figler took his time to explain everything and went out of his way to make both visits I had great. I would highly suggest if you're looking for a new eye doctor, checking this place out. The staff here is very nice and friendly as well. 10/10.
