I had a miscarriage and before that happened I came back and forth to the clinic and i felt dismissed. After my appointments I had to call to follow up if my medications were sent to the pharmacy and they were not. I then followed up to get my results from lab work and after over a week time span they did not follow up knowing i expressed my pain. From my experience I feel that their bedside manner is terrible and it was very unfortunate that i went through a miscarriage shortly after. I do not recommend this establishment. Please do not ignore the reviews.

If I could give this place a -10 stars I could. I was pregnant for the first time last year in August, came here and my doctor was actually a physician assistant (PA-C) named Alexis Halling. I never saw an ACTUAL OBGYN which I DID NOT KNOW. I miscarried at 9 weeks, found out a my check up appointment that there was no heart beat. They were cold, and MEAN, as Im crying my eyes out there just giving me very brutal details, horrible bedside manner. THIS WAS MF FIRST TIME BEING PREGNANT. While medically miscarrying at home with a prescription prescribed to induce miscarage, I end up having pain so bad Im throwing up and nodding off. There was no suggestion other to take Tylenol. I end up going to the hospital and had to be prescribed heavy pain killers. I go back to their office to ultrasound to see if I passed everything - said that I didnt. Go to another hospital for labs before scheduled D&C, the surgeon calls the day before that there is not enough material for this procedure. Waisting my time, dragging out my trauma and pain. Ive never been so resentful of a doctors office before. The worst place ever, traumatizing experience. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They dont keep appointment times or track them. You could get here early and still get stuck waiting. Someone who arrives after you will be seen first. Theres no rhyme or reason to when youre seen or called.

Ive been trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk for two days straight unbelievable. I even left a voicemail and no one has yet to call me back. I was calling because the link they sent me to check in isnt working, so Ive been unable to fully check in. The doctors are amazing. I never had any issues with them. It just sucks that the front desk employees arent able to provide full customer service. Thankful I was even able to schedule an appointment two months back.
