MIYU Beauty & Wellbeing - Falls Church

I was a huge fan and regular of Honest Soul Yoga which used to be located here. After they expanded/closed down, I missed this location a lot. Now I am over the moon that MIYU decided to continue offering hot vinyasa yoga classes here at my favorite studio at a very reasonable price. After a week of consistent practice, I can say with confidence that MIYU is just as good as Honest. The teachers are very kind and helpful. They are a lot more hands-on than how Honest ran its studio which I enjoy. Theres a good range of classes at different times of the day for all different levels and its not too hot which is something I struggled with at other yoga studios in the area. Most studios around here only offer heated bikram yoga as well whereas I love hot vinyasa so I am so happy they continue to offer vinyasa primarily. The interior has gotten more chic and inviting, and the yogis are a lot more chatty/friendly which makes for a fun time and a close community. Same great quality equipment as before with the added perk of pilates. The nail salon in front was a smart move that I hope keeps them in business for a long time. I will have to try it out soon for a manicure. Overall though, I am so happy and grateful for MIYU and will be rooting for their success!

Great community and atmosphere. The students and teachers are all so lovely and diverse. I enjoy practicing and teaching here.

While this place is a great yoga studio, they started doing nails recently and what a delight!! I came for a manicure and overall great experience! Everything is clean and fresh. The service was excellent and the staff is soo nice. I would highly recommend! I am definitely going to be a regular!

Thoroughly enjoyed my gel mani here this afternoon. Cozy & serene ambiance, competent & caring technician, & loved the hot stones & warm towel. What a great escape on a cold winter's day! This place is a lovely oasis in Falls Church, and I look forward to trying their yoga classes - the studio is beautiful.

Everything here is really lovely -- the classes, the nail care, and the people. I got the unlimited 5 week intro membership, which is a great deal if you are into all things yoga and pilates like me :) I love that they offer a broad range of yoga classes, from challenging heated vinyasa yoga to aerial yoga to gentle yin yoga. They also have a class with weights called Sculpt that is an effective fusion of yoga and weight training/HIIT. Each instructor has their own style so there is always something interesting and new to learn on the mat. For pilates, Liz is an awesome pilates instructor and offers mat and reformer classes. The best thing about this place is that it is so welcoming to everyone, and the classes are accessible to beginners and long-time yogis. It's super inspiring to see advanced students and teachers as well as beginners all practicing with you in class, all trying something new. The vibe in the room is often calm, encouraging, and communal. Also, the new nail care is such a nice touch! I did the classic pedi for $45 which was really relaxing, and includes hot stone massage! All the nail care is non-toxic and the salon environment is super clean and chill. Love this place.
