Helen needs to respect appointment time. I called early thid morning for an appt. Today For 6pm and I came on timeabd still waiting I don't mind 15 to 20 mins but it is now 6:43pm and she started on another customer who called in while I was waiting.... are you kidding me? I've been a customer for years and live in the neighborhood. But this really upset me. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Decided to try out this salon. Gel pedicure was great, but dip nail did not come out well. My main complaints are that the powder bled onto my cuticle and sides of my finger and there was no cleanup with the drill. This left my nails looking clunky with poorly cleaned up cuticles. Lack of attention to detail, and I will likely need to get my nails done again in 1-2 weeks vs 3-4 weeks

Everyone is very good, they work very detailed, I have been coming for two years, I am very satisfied. Helen does her job really well.
