We booked this company over a week ago and confirmed this week via emails, texts and phone calls. Even called yesterday to triple confirm and they picked up the call and confirmed again. They said they will be there 9:00-9:30. Well 9:30 am came and went. We called both numbers on their website, left voicemails and sent texts. to no avail. They never showed or had the decency to return a text or a phone call. Would NOT recommend. Most unprofessional movers Ive ever experienced. We were lucky enough to find another company to do the move. If you want your movers to actually show up, this isnt your company !!! AWFUL!!!! UNRESPONSIVE DAY THEY WERE CONFIRMED TO MOVE US!! Cant get any worse than that.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My step-daughter booked this so called "company" to move her from Arlington VA to Baltimore. She called to confirm the service on Saturday, March 5th and they were supposed to arrive on March 6th between 9 & 9:30 am. At 10:30, she was still waiting with all her boxes packed and furniture to be moved. We called NUMEROUS times and left messages - NO RESPONSE. Totally unprofessional and awful to abandon a young lady who has to be out of her apartment just sitting there with no response and no way to move?? What kind of an operation is this?? I would NEVER refer anyone to use them. BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THEM! I am filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

The movers were super professional and on time when it came to the move. Theyre attention to detail was great and nothing broke during the move( which is super important ). Thank you day by day for taking a huge weight off our shoulders.
