if youre the woman i spoke to over the phone you left the discussion after i explained myself that you can get a refund over the app and even get a complementary item. Now if youre claiming you wanted to patronize a black owned business you dont have to go on an attack when youre not pleased, it was a simple mistake. am sure if it was white owned you wouldnt be this passive aggressive and attack instead of supporting a black business.i am always defending against this kind of overkill by the hands of my own people and am sick of it and its just a form of black on black hate. you could ve gave 2 stars, even 3 but if you could you would close my business down but you cant its not your business. btw this lady said the wings were airfried, theyre not, then she said the macaroni was too small but it came with the 6 wings for only 11.49 thats the best value youll get in the area. The greens and rice were to her liking but she still gave a 1 star review. The missing item was left by the delivery driver and she was refunded. The lady was unreasonable and rude over the phone and was belligerent with langauge and i kept professional and accomodated her, ive been a professional for almost all my life in this business.
