Karlene is THE BEST realtor! My husband and I recently moved to the DMV area from California. Karlene went above and beyond to ensure our home buying experience was a success. My wife and I are first time home buyers, a retired military family, and we were fortunate to be adopted by Karlene. Now in a normal situation I would have said worked with, but Karlene embraced us beyond your typical agent to client relationship, she is more like family. To really detail the level of commitment that she gave us, I would have to write a college paper, but for the sake of the word count Ill just have to give the highlights. First and foremost, Karlene is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She was truly committed to making sure that we got the best, and she would not let us pursue a house that she wouldnt live in. In a rollercoaster of a housing market, she really helped us to stay focused on our goal even when things werent going in our favor. I have never seen anyone work so hard, Karlene is very strong in communication, educating her clients, networking, negations and so on. Her work ethic is like no other, to sum it up, Karlene is who you want to represent you. We cant thank her enough, so glad we met her!

As a first time homebuyer, Karlene has gone above and beyond to make this as easy as possible! Buying a home is not an everyday thing and even when you think you know when you want you really might not. Karlene is the Best Relator ever, she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients needs are meet. I gave her a 5 star because she deserves it and more, they only have 5 stars rating. If it was up to me I would give her 20 stars Anyone looking to purchase property and housing Karlene is the way to go.
