Excellent service from Ms. Linh! The place is well organized and the people at this jewelry shop are super friendly. Ms. Linh made us feel welcome and makes us want to spend money here. In the end we spent $$ at Ngoc Linh Jewelry and walked out happy customers!

I am extremely wary of coming back here. I came by on a Saturday at around 5pm. I thought it was rather strange that they didn't have very many items to choose from so I asked if they had any rings or bracelets; but the lady behind the counter told me (rather rudely) that they were closed. Yelp says they close at 7 and the sign on their door says they close at 6 (on weekends). She harshly told me that they closed at 5 and she and her partner ushered me out. Their information is clearly not updated; as I would have understood and respected the closing time and not driven the 25+ mins to get there. I'm a bit wary of coming back since I probably don't know if they'd be open if I made the trip out here again. Maybe I'd stop by if we already here; but I'd be out of my mind to drive here to to try this again

Linh is truly a sweetheart! I had several pieces repaired and she took time to explain what I had done. Also, I have had several compliments on my purchase for them.
