Washington Diamond

Tom is excellent! My now-fiance and I purchased a custom engagement ring from Washington Diamond and had a great experience. Tom listened to what we both wanted, and were very happy with the result. It took a little longer than we expected, but the wait was worth it. Well be using Washington Diamond for the wedding bands. Easily recommend!

Before our engagement, I went to Washington Diamond to try rings on and see what I liked. There were a lot of different options and I was able to take aspects from a few different rings to create a truly custom ring. My then boyfriend, went to meet with them after I had given all the details I liked in the rings and he worked with them to pick out the diamond and the final touches. The ring came out amazing! I get complements on it all the time. Before the wedding, we went back to try on wedding bands. It was a really special day and my husband got to try on all different rings since he had never worn jewelry, he wasn't sure what he'd want so it was really helpful trying everything on. The process for getting the ring cleaned is really easy and the staff is always kind and knowledgeable.

My 35 year old engagement ring needed repair and Im so glad we found Tom at Washington Diamond. He listened very carefully to what I wanted but did not pressure me. After considering rebuilding I decided to replace the setting and Tom helped me find a beautiful one which matched my wedding and anniversary band. We watched as he carefully removed my diamond showing us exactly how it was measured and catalogued. My diamond in its new setting is gorgeous! I also had another ring repaired whichhad lost a sapphire. The missing stone was sourced and ring looks good as new. The entire process working with Tom was excellent and I would highly recommend Washington Diamond.
