Attentive and personable, Kurt Sayce will walk you through all the information you need to determine the right policy/policies for you at the right price. With State Farm, you will be dealing with your own agent, not a phone bank of revolving customer service personnel. Kurt has a good contact system, so you won't have to wade through the prompts of a phone tree.

Happy to review with updated information from agent, as requested below aiming to only be objective. Easy to sign up with for a year while I lived in the area, very pleasant to deal with and email with. However upon finishing need for the service I was bombarded by automated marketing emails, and every time I unsubscribed they would resume shortly after. To Kurt's credit unlikely from his office but from other State Farm agents my contact info was shared with after using this service (only contacted by this insurance agency as well). In this day and age I understand it's hard to separate a local agent and the parent company State Farm's policies, but I'm just here to review my overall experience. Although these follow-up interactions seem small they also tell me they (arguably State Farm) don't see me as a person just a source of revenue which isn't what I was hoping for. I regret not having access to the emails I repeatedly had to reclassify to spam over the last year for you to see me as a person who had customer feedback rather than immediately emailing me to remove a reivew you didn't like (my email trash deletes after 30 days). If it's out of your control I understand, but maybe if that's something you can share you can attempt problem solving with a former client instead of suggesting all the bad interactions are due to "bad actors" posing as State Farm as stated in your email. But as your followup email stated "Thank you so much for your business and for being one of our most valued customers. We hope your experience with us has exceeded your expectations and wanted to see if you'd be willing to refer a friend or family member our way." - I'm glad the feedback was valued in some way, and I hope your, and State Farm's, future uses of crm software or whatever you use doesn't needlessly spam formerly happy clients.
