New Grand Mart

I go here all the time, its great. incredibly well stacked and fresh produce, meet, fish, crabs, conch, etc. the store is bright and clean. support personnel are 'always' working the shelves and stock. The managers check the isles especially the produce. i think there are different kinds of produce from all over the world. i recommend it highly.

I have been coming here for a while, and recently they have hired new managers and the store is looking great, they have their employees always checking the fruits and Vegetables making sure to keep the fresh with the fresh and the older ones in its own section and marked down. now there are more new products being added all the time thanks to the new managers. The place is going up!

I lost my credit card a week ago and called the manager (I believe her name is Sameh) to check on it. She asked me a few questions and confirmed the card was found. So I came a week later and it was given back to me. Sameh was very sweet, polite and professional. This place is always very busy, yet they have great customer service and great products. Personal thanks to Sameh!

Really bad services. I went there on Thursday 15, 2024 to buy fish and few items for my groceries. On my way in to the store, I pick up a small mandarin to test it before I buy it. I saw Spanish guy walking towards different directions. I told him that Im going to eat that mandarin to test before I buy because last time I had bad one from them. 10 minutes later I saw him chasing me. Made me feel uncomfortable. While I was talking to the guy who works in the fish area. On my way back to the groceries, he came to me with his broken English that I need to pay that orange before I do anything. I was speechless. I went to the customer services, another lady was there. Broken English as well asking to pay before I continue shopping. She asked to pay 25 cts. I paid and I couldnt shop from there. The store smells bad. They need to train their staff how to communicate and trait customers.
