Roldan has done amazing work for me on our various family members properties during the past four years. I consider it a truly a wonderful day when I first found him to work on my Moms house in McLean. Even more important than his fine workmanship and skills, are the integrity, attitude, honesty and cheerfulness with which Roldan approaches each and every project. In my professional career of more than thirty years managing the design and construction of offices around the world, he has proven himself to be the most trustworthy and enjoyable contractor with whom I have ever worked. Roldan makes every challenge manageable with his no problem outlook and approach. Roldan's successful results in McLean caused me to ask him to manage a total house renovation at my brothers home in Vienna. This was a much larger project and required diplomacy and finesse to allow us to make this happen as a surprise gift for my brother and his family. The final product brought tears of joy to my family for which I can never thank him enough. My brother tells me at least once a week how much he loves his new house and how much they loved Roldan and his crew working on it. Roldan then moved on to our home in Falls Church, repairing a leaking roof, incorporating a Powder Room into the Master Bedroom and a Recreation Room renovation through the creation of three rooms from one. Another extremely appealing dimension of Roldan's approach is his insistence in following up on any details that he discovers needing repair and resolution. In our case, this included discovering support columns in our garage that were not installed correctly and needed repair. Roldan's workmanship is beyond reproach and his conscientiousness goes even beyond that. After these successes, we asked Roldan to repair and paint our 125 year old weekend home in West Virginia. He was able to make it look as though it were brand new with a beautiful sanding, priming and paint job on the house and refinishing the deck as well as the guest house. In our absence throughout the project, Roldan found that the window screens had holes and deterioration so he decided to replace them without being asked. Roldan also painted the small bridge to match the deck, painted the cinder block support columns, cleaned out the gutters that were filled with debris from the roofers and took it upon himself to replace a missing downspout that had been overlooked by the roofing contractor. My other brother then needed major work at his home in Maryland, which Roldan performed in his usual impeccably effective manner. My brother and his wife are thrilled with the extensive work and the incredibly pleasant way it was performed. Roldan has more than earned our total trust and gratitude. We are happy for Roldan to perform our projects on a time and material basis to ensure he is adequately compensated for his extremely high quality work as Roldan's estimates tend to be low.
