Long wait times, due to CVS main store closure across the road, pity they didn't send the staff over to take the overflow!

Pharmacy staff ranges from incompetent to aggressive. I think it's an issue of being understaffed, which isn't their fault. But my interactions with staff over the past 8 months of being a customer have given me the strong impression that employees are being rushed onto the floor with minimal training in the computer system, customer service skills, and how health insurance works. Maybe they're doing their best, I really can't say.

Lucy N, pharmacy technician, was truly extraordinary! Our son had been discharged but this location didnt have the prescribed drug. Lucy tackled the issue and was a phenomenal problem solver. This caliber of professionalism is what keeps us loyal to CVS.

Store location is good. Parking spaces adequate. Drive thru is convenient. 90% of staff are satisfactory. But one senior female pharmacist needs to improve her customer service. And stop acting like she is more important than the doctor and patient customers. She made threatening statement beyond her role crosses boundary for simple diabetes care supply. Not a narcotic not a drug addict but respectable senior citizens.

Terribly ill and in need of several Prescribed medications. Was told to come back in 30 minutes, and when I came back was told to wait another 45 minutes. Pick up your medication at quite literally any other Pharmacy.
