Amazing experience every time I come here! They know us every time they see us and always make us feel welcome! My son had to get caps today and Nadia was GREAT with my son, had him laughing the whole time and he felt comfortable during the whole procedure. I love it here!

The staff are nice but the wait times are horrible. my appointment is at 8am and I see most of the staff and dentists coming in at 8:20. I work in a medical office and you are suppose to get to your site 15-20 mins prior the the patients appt time. No they all came in 15-20 mins after the appt time. Then 30 mins go by and they tell me their system isnt working and I might have to reschedule.. never coming back. I literally took time off work to come here and they make me extremely late to work and I leave with no cleaning. 0 stars- do not come here this place SUCKS

The Falls Church location falls short compared to others I've visited, like Fredericksburg and the now-closed Woodbridge site. Each visit here is consistently disappointing. Communication breakdowns are frequent, with appointments often rescheduled or canceled without notice. Despite claims of notification attempts, messages are rarely left, leaving me to discover cancellations upon arrival. This happened today, as I wasnt called until 30 minutes prior to my appointment time; I wouldve very much appreciated a call earlier in the week, or even morning, to plan accordingly. Additionally, the staff's unfriendly demeanor adds to the frustration. The orthodontic office shares the same issues, rarely answering calls and causing further inconvenience. Save yourself the hassle and seek a dentist office that prioritizes efficient communication and customer care.

Reconsider going to this dentist!! I took my two daughters in for a routine cleaning because it was closer than their usual dentist. At the cleaning the dentist said they both had two cavities and that they could fill them right then at the same appointment. Since we had our trusted dentist, I declined and waited until we saw the usual dentist to see what they said. During this appointment I also heard this dentist recommending immediate fillings for the other patients there. Fast forward to our visit with our usual dentist who did their own cleaning and X-rays. We didnt tell them about the findings from the other dentist. Ends up there were no cavities. Beware of this scam! Its terrible to be drilling and filling healthy teeth.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience at Pine Dentistry, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to help others make informed decisions. I came to Pine Dentistry in September with the intention of getting a permanent crown on one of my front teeth due to a slowly cracking temporary crown. Despite consistently stressing my concerns about the temporary crown during multiple visits, it seems my concerns fell on deaf ears. Rather than addressing the urgent issue, the dental office provided me with a list of multiple appointments that needed completion before even considering the crown. I trusted their process, but my patience was tested when, in December, on the day of my scheduled crown fix, I was informed that a root canal was now necessary due to an infection. Shockingly, no one had bothered to examine the tooth of concern during the three to four months I had been visiting the office. The situation took a turn for the worse when my crown broke the night of the appointment cancellation, leaving me feeling depressed and unconfident in my appearance. I had to miss a week of work, impacting my professional life as I interact with clients daily. Even after receiving the root canal, Pine Dentistry continued to prolong my procedure, pushing my appointment into the first week of the new year. Frustrated and disheartened, I decided to seek a second opinion from a different dentist office. To my surprise, they were able to provide a temporary crown within 15 minutes and scheduled me for a permanent one on Friday. My experience with Pine Dentistry has been one of neglect, disappointment, and frustration. It seems that the office prioritizes maximizing insurance payouts over addressing the genuine needs and concerns of their patients. I strongly advise against choosing any Pine Dentistry location for your dental care needs.
