I wish the location was on the main street. I do not feel save to go to the store as some time people are standing outside.This place is not safe be careful .The people scared me is very bad place .I never go this store

Very unprofessional. I have used many many 7/11s. Never encountered what I encountered here in terms of customer service and how the staff is beyond rude and treat you like a child.
Their coffee service, the machine that makes lattes and cappuccinos is always lacking something and I dont mind that but how the staff goes about is what is the main problem. They are always saying they are about to clean when I inform them the latte maker doesnt work and when I ask how long it will take, they never give me an answer. I am writing this because this happened at least 4 times before.
Today April 24th around 3PM I specifically called them and asked if it was working and they said the machine was working and that everything was in stock so I sent my coworker. It was no different than the other times, the medium roast coffee was out but since I didnt have any options I told him to get the dark roasted one, it still didnt work because it was out of milk. So I told him to get the American coffee. All this time. I am FaceTiming him. But I called to let them know why they would say it was working and let me send someone when it clearly wasnt working. To top it off, mind you while my coworker was still in the place, they are lying saying everything is working, when I informed them that the person I sent is still in the building, they blatantly denied that it was not working. After I pushed and pushed, they finally said they had to clean it. My coworker waited until it got cleaned and he asked if he could exchange the American coffee with the machine latte and they told him he had to pay for it. Its not about the 2 or 3 dollars but the way they were rude and immature in going about everything.
If I called and asked before I sent someone, it means I dont wanna waste my time or anyones. I just thought the owners should coach their staff on customer service because this is unacceptable.
