The rep who helped me, Jonathan, was fantastic. I came in to switch from my Samsung Galaxy S21 to an iPhone 15 Pro. He was very patient with me and helpful explaining how to migrate all my data. I also ended up purchasing 2 Apple Watches based on his recommendation (I had not been planning to buy them when I walked in the store). He has very good customer service skills, is pleasant to talk with, and is definitely an asset to your company.
