Absolutely great customer service from Xpert Tax! Roy is our go-to guy, he's always professional and answers our questions to the full extent. He's also very thorough with his work which we always appreciate. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone in search of a quality tax accountant.

So it's 2 weeks before taxes are due and I hadn't heard from our tax guy. I'm getting super nervous and calling around and begging on Facebook on someone to please do our taxes. Our taxes are very complicated. I got a hold of a friend who works for a company and they said that they could do it. 1. They would have to file an extension. 2. It would be more expensive than the tax guy who had done our taxes the last 2 years. He was already very expensive, but this company was going to be even MORE$! A lady on FB saw my plea and she said her husband might. So I called him. I pleaded with him. Fadi said: 1. He can complete our taxes on time. 2. He doesn't have to file an extension. 3. It would be X$ ~ which was WAY WAY less than we've ever paid before. And SUPER DUPER WAY less than the company my friend worked for. 4. He'd do our daughter's taxes too. Incidentally, the price INCLUDED our daughter's taxes. Our taxes are super complicated and I knew we were going to owe anyway. So I didn't want to have to pay for penalties. Also, I had saved money because I knew I was going to have to pay due to capital gains, so I wanted to get that over and done with quickly. Granted, our daughter's taxes are simpler than our's, but it meant A LOT to me that he was going to do her's at no extra charge. Our former tax guy wouldn't even return our calls or email. Every time we called he was "always w a client". NOT ONLY did Fadi save us by GETTING the taxes done ~ he was ALWAYS available to us, was NOT as ridiculously expensive as our former tax guy. He gave us MULTIPLE ways to get a hold of him instead of having to deal w/ a gatekeeper ALL. THE. TIME! I'm very flustered w/ the former guy for having to wait forever to hear back and MORE so of HOW FREAKING EXPENSIVE he was. You MUST go to Fadi ~ VERY VERY accessible ~ VERY affordable!! NOT ONLY did Fadi: 1. GET our taxes done ON TIME 2. Got our taxes done EARLY 3. Was extremely REASONABLE in regards to charging us. 4. Was ALWAYS accessible to us. 5. My daughter got her refund only TEN 10 days after the tax due date!! (In the past it ALWAYS took FOReVA!) 6. We were able to pay our taxes ON THE DUE DATE! (last year we owed and paid the taxes, but it took MONTHS before the $ left the account and I was always worried it wouldn't be there the time they'd take it out.) Fadi was able to get it paid immediately so it'd be off my plate! THANK YOU FADI FOR SAVING US! We'll see you again next year!

Fadi Saleh from Xpert Tax provided excellent tax preparation services during the busy tax season. Fadi was knowledgable, patient, and efficient and was able to meet all deadlines. He was always available to meet and answer questions on his cell phone, via Zoom, or in-person. The cost of services was less than most of the other local tax preparation companies and a great overall value. Highly recommend Fadi and Xpert Tax for either personal tax returns or business services.

Xpertax /Fadi is the Absolute BEST EVER !!! Fadi rectified my taxes from the few years prior to meeting him of expensive deductions missed. He got me an additional 3 k in taxes from the mistakes of my prior accountant!! I have been going to Fadi for almost 5 years now and he has been the most efficient, patient and helpful accountant . I refer all my friends and family to him for his phenomenal service!

Received excellent service from Xpert Tax. Fadi really took the time to help us with our taxes and reduce our stress since my husband and I were filing jointly for the first time. We had to bring our 16 month old and he was so patient with him. I actually might look forward to doing our taxes next year. Very happy we found an awesome accountant.
