I was a huge fan of this studio but their online/phone customer service is horrible. You cannot ask any questions about what they are charging and they just billing things not properly. Lots of overcharging! It's a shame since the instructors are very nice.

I'm very torn writing this review because I love the studio, the instructors, and the classes but I was recently in a class where the humidifier let loose a cascade of extremely hot water right where a student was standing. Luckily, she had very quick reflexes and was able to avoid the majority of it but was still left with a bad burn on her leg. Had she not moved so quickly it would have been so much worse and that fact makes me anxious about returning to this studio.

I came here for their one week free trial! This place is absolutely amazing! They are first off super duper clean and the staff was really friendly as well. The yoga instructors did a really great job at teaching without being over-dominating. The candles in the dark heated room was an added touch. In addition, they had SO many classes throughout the day making it very easy to attend one that fits your schedule. I loved the 7:30pm or 8:30pm class.

Really horrible customer service. Came to class today and was locked out for no apparent reason because it was overbooked. I would think that you would close class if you had that issue. Such a major inconvenience.
